CNN - Two men have been arrested and many more are under investigation for stealing some 200 Cadillacs from a New Orleans dealership after Katrina. One of the men is reportedly a bounty hunter, and CGW has learned he´s a tough, quiet loner who plays by his own rules but deep down has a heart of gold.
According to reports, many of the vehicles were taken by New Orleans police officers for use on duty when their patrol cars were flooded. The 200 sets of 22" chrome rims stolen from a nearby wheel shop were unrelated.
Authorities have not bothered to investigate the theft of an equal number of Kia vehicles from another dealership, as the total value stolen doesn´t exceed $500.
