ABCNews - Questions still remain in the wake of the death of Anna Nicole Smith. Who is the father of her baby? Where will Smith be buried? No less than three different men have laid claim to being the father of Smith's five month old daughter.  Coincidentally the daughter stands to inherit millions of dollars.  Several bums have also laid claim to paternity in this case but their DNA samples were rejected and they were thrown out of court for delivering them.

While the investigation is still ongoing there is some speculation that during her fat years Anna Nicole could have slept with up to three different men at the same time without them being able to see the others involved.  When asked for comment TrimSpa denied that it's product functions as birth control, but also indicated that that statement has not been evaluated by the FDA.
